The key difference between the TLS Continuum, Lean and Lean Six Sigma is the TLS Continuum’s reliance on using a set of critical thinking tools. It is one thing to measure something , it is entirely another thing to explore why something is happening by using thinking tools to develop the relationships between data and your organization.

The TLS Continuum lays out a system for guiding the organization through the effort to resolve issues that are affecting the organization. The only thing that has changed is the environment, the process remains the same.
